    I have a question, need some advice

    which is better

    - you do 4 workout for 1 part of muscles, so U do 4 workouts one after another, with 90 sec break between them, even if u feel that that part of muscles is tired so 3rd and 4th workout is very difficult and u dont even completed?


    f.e. 4 chest workouts in a row

    or

    - you do 4 workout for 1 part of muscles, so U do 2 workouts in a row, then u feel that part of muscles is tired so u do 1 workout for a different part of muscles and then you get back to do the rest 2 workouts for 1st part of muscles

    2 chest workout, 1 workout for abs , 2 workouts for chest
