Awesome Olympic Bobsled Workout

    The is an amazing workout. Have never seen jumping squats with a loaded bar across the shoulders quite like this.

    Jump Squats are a regular part of our CrossFit regimen. Although I personally would never use 135lbs. Even 75lbs is enough to make you feel like you were run over by a truck the next day!

    If you look closely, he's using 15lb plates on the bar. So he's just hitting 75lbs.

    Those would be metric, no? 15k=33lbs. So its probably closer to 110lbs total.

    I was referring to his comment about not going over 135lbs.
