I want to mention many things, but I'll stay silent for a while.
All I can say for now is that Violence against any human or animal or nature should come to an end, if it doesn't, then everything and everyone will be annihilated.
"Violence can only end by peace, and peace can be achieved by moral education" So, the more violent a man/group/community/nation is, the lesser their ethical education qualities/standards are.

It's amazing how much civility and acceptance comes down to simple education. Russia, among others, is like it is precisely because they don't understand what homosexuality is. They're fed the crap from their government to create a scapegoat so the government can 'protect' the population. It happened with the Jews as being the enemy of everything good and holy in the past, so the Russian government is just using gays as their political pawns. At these poor people's expense no less.

Amazing and quite abhorrenf how their obsession with power leads them to abuse their influence so brazenly and cruelly.

Russians just need to understand what homosexuality is, but that isn't the end of it. After they understand, they have to accept and integrate everyone equally, and that is a whole other ball game.

That dictatorship of a government needs to go, but it'll be there for another 50 years or more icon_sad.gif

I hope one of the athletes at a medal presentation in Sochi makes a demonstration against Russia's homophobic bullying. Just displaying a small rainbow flag would do it.

Btw, Dispatches is a Channel 4 documentary, not BBC (though it's no worse for that).
