***gaining muscles VS abs VS calories vs Getting fat - advices needed

    hello

I need some advices and help from guys who are able to do it. I would be grateful if u write a few messages here or email me

I work hard to get nice chest/shoulder muscles and get abs.

so far I got sort of abs shades only, abs covered with fat!

now, the problem is I was advised to that I have to eat more calories to get muscles growing, but the concern is that when I start eating more calories (right food or even adding more peanut butter etc), then I might get somehow muscle growing, but the fat around abs will not disappear and will get more fat on abs, so I will never get nice abs.

it's very confusing for me, I work out 4-5 times a week plus walking, so I don't do any cardio at gym, only machines and free weights

please advice me what should I do get abs visible and chest muscles growing significantly, without cardio and getting fat?

That's right - when you bulk you lose abs. Abs are pretty much a diet thing. Which is why guys will bulk up as much as they can and then shred the fat.

I suppose it is possible to grow both but you'll be miserable. So pick one. I suggest bulking until May or so then do cardio and clean your diet up.

I recently started doing a lot of weird stuff with my diet lately. I realized not all proteins are all equal just like not all carbs are not all equal. I've been eating red meat like crazy and I see the difference from when I was only eating lean protein like fish. I have cut down on the bready carbs and been eating lots of raw spinach. I'm deff seeing a HUGE difference in mass, and the fat isn't packing on that much. Hope this helps.

Edit: Also I've been adding chia seeds to my salads and water to help absorb some of that water into the muslces, and also good source of fiber to get rid of excess stuff you don't need.

Paleo diet will score you muscle and burn fat until you reach your natural lean weight without a whole lot of exercise. Core based training is the way to go if you want to feel and look great.
