Rest time

    I was just wondering what is everybody's advice on rest time between sets?

    I have started timing them and I try to time for 45seconds between each sets. Is that too low? Should i do more like 1 min?

    Does rest time should be lower if I do endurance (higher reps) and higher if i do lower reps?

    Rest time is dictated by what your doing.

    Legs need longer to recover then say arms. You'd have longer time is lifting for strength then endurance.

    So on and so forth.
