Cutting Diet

    Need some input on a 5-6 week cutting diet, what works or what doesn't?

    I'm at 11% BF right now, 190lbs

    Like to cut down to 7%BF

    Try the Paleo diet for awhile and make sure you avoid sugar at all cost. After a workout make sure you consume good carbs like brown rice so you won't trick your body in to thinking it needs its own energy source and then have you craving sweets. If you crave sweets, supplement it with something else as it usually means you are deficient somewhere. And incorporate enough cardio. Not easy but it works.

    You want to cut? For 12 weeks eat eggs for breakfast and broccoli and white fish for all other meals. On the 13 week re-add carbs 50 the first day, 100 the second and 200 the third. BOOM!!!

    You look very fine at 11% body fat. Why do you want to lower your body fat to 7%?
