I think most people have the goal of "getting ripped" but you can seriously benefit yourself by sticking to compound lifts (squats, deadlifts, overhead press, bench press, ect) and maybe throwing in some cardio on your off days. My two cents
Check out starting strength or stronglifts 5x5. I can almost guarantee you'll reach your goal quicker that way!
I'd like to know too as I'm always interested in DVD programs. I didn't have access to a gym for awhile and that may become the case for me again. The one produced by TapOut a couple of years back got really, REALLY bad reviews. I haven't heard much about the new UFC one.
You already look admirably lean. I'd think hitting the weights per Jumpman and Kiwi's comments above would get you 'ripped' in no time. Maybe just change up your routine so that you'll have that motivation again.
