    ***how to calculate daily calorie/protein/fat/carbs intake to get muscle growing?

    there are many calculators online, but they are not reliable, i checked many and there are significant discrepancy

    one says 1600 max cal the other one 2797, the other one 1700 plus 400 extra

    same with carbs
