Weight loss ... Help!

    Hi, i have class friom 745 am till 2:28 pm then i work full time from 3pm till 10pm. How can i lose weight ASAP?

    210 lbs

    the fastest way to lose weight would be to book a trip to west Africa this Christmas, contract malaria there. you will lose 30kg in a month.


    On a serious note, it looks like you hardly have time to workout. I guess you can run a little bit from 7-7.45 or maybe ride to work/school? depends how close you live.


    Its going to be all in your diet. stop eating fast food and take-aways, try to cook yourself as much as possible, if you have your parents to cook for you thats great.

    Given you already work 14 hours a day, I wouldnt push thing too far. With your lifestyle, I'd be happy to loss 2kg a month. if you cant do it, dont be too upset. Just let it go, I would rather be happy and fat than stressed and not-so-fat.

    If you don't have time for much cardio then I suggest you get an exercise bike and join Weight Watchers online so at least you are learning new eating habits and can hop on the bike for a bit without too much effort.

    It's really all about the pills.

    if working out is going to take 3rd fiddle to work and school, you sir are shit outta luck. be content how you are now, and when you have a more reasonable schedule, come back to us.

    or as a quick fix, go find some ephedra (easier said than done)

    Alright I'll be serious for once.

    I've posted this a thousand times in my online life, and I'll post it again.

    Fat accumulates because calories in is > calories burned.

    There are two sides to that inequality. You can change either one. If you can't increase calories burned (cause you work too much), then you can change the calories in.

    If you don't know how to do this, join Weight Watchers. It works. It works for nearly everyone who sticks with it. It's been around forever cause it works. It works because it's based on helping you balance... wait for it...

    calories in versus calories burned.

    Say it with me:

    Calories in versus calories burned.

    Either that, or if you're serious in your quest for a magic pill, then crystal is your best bet. That also works every time. But of course, with crystal, you have a good chance of dying in a gutter. Whatever you're into.

    Forget fast. You didn't gain the extra weight overnight, did you? Don't think you can shed it overnight either.

    Eat 5 small meals a day. Cut out sugar and gluten from your diet. Eat lean meats, rice, oats and lots of veggies.

    I'm going back to the lab and come up with a filter for these kinds of posters. I suspect they are bots, so a bot should in theory be able to filter them out. Once I solve this, I'm going to move on to people who USE ALL UPPER CASE. After that, a filter for people who overuse LOL.
