    @ 2 x 25# (pounds, use 11kg) Dumbbells +
    5 x Push Press @ 2 x 25# Dumbbells
    400 total meters.

Do 5x Walking Lunge, then stop in place and do 5 x Push Press.
Continue this until you go 400m.
    Typically done around a track

what the fuk!!! does that mean lol

like i understand some but one is

do 5 sets walking lunges, and then what it is asking me to do is like "stop in place and magically bring a bar and do 5 sets push press..??? LIKE WHAT? im doing push press with the air????

GEEZ these programs sometimes don't make sense or is it just me?

The way I read this is:

Grab a pair of 25-lbs dumbbells, bring them up to your shoulders in rack position. Then do five lunge steps. After that, five dumbbell push presses. Then back to lunge steps, etc. until you gave covered a total distance of 400 meters, which is once around a typical running track.

Sounds like a very decent workout to me, something they would do at my crossfit box.

    Relax bro.

If you don't understand a certain exercise, just use the google machine.

I just googled "Push Press" and tons of options and videos came up.

    Try that. Good luck!

LOL. If you have a mean streak, look at some of the written exercise descriptions in the realjock workout programs. It's almost as bad as college football players trying to speak english in those pathetic post-game flash interviews. And clearly, in the RJ videos, the models couldn't understand some of them either.

BTW: Whatever happened to the random access video links? Now you have to play a whole hour just to see one exercise in the middle.

But that part of the site seems to have been pretty much abandoned. icon_sad.gif
