Avoid Uganda, you could get arrested for being gay there.

I checked and we do have an Embassy there but I'm not sure for how much longer.

Uganda may kill and imprison gays, but that doesn't bother the US government too much. Obama gave Uganda about $100 million in his first year in office. I doubt the embassy will close any time soon. Of course the US will say it disapproves of Uganda's anti-gay policies. And of course that will cause them to change . . .

excuse me, but your reply is off base. You just compared what Obama did 6 years ago with a law that was just now created. Keep your facts straight if you want to be seriously considered as intelligent conversation.

Those same religious people want to kill us at home too. They know no national boundaries. They believe they are doing God's work, and that God wants us dead.

Compassion has a lot to do with a true leader though, even martial arts have morals of self defense only. Look up, I'm ready for you though handsome.

Not a "comparison," Moonhawk, just a statement of fact. The treatment of gays in Ugganda was also terrible 6 years ago - (killings, intimidation) - just didn't give out life or death sentences for being gay. The US has continued to give aid to Uganda in the form of money and military "advisors." The US always makes appropriately politically correct noises in response to human rights violations, but any significant action is almost unheard of. US policy toward foreign countries is realpolitik, and hasn't really changed since Kissinger. If you expect Obama to break off diplomatic relations with Uganda, I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you. If you think the Obama administration is so different, you might name some countries where he has broken off diplomatic relations for human rights violations. I am not aware of any.

Well america is better off keeping that next 100 million. They have there own problems. And africa is a problem that can't be solved. It sounds harsh but it's true. It's 2014 and people are still dying of starvation there.

Kissinger is a total douchebag. He's committed plenty of crimes in the past...crimes that have gone unpunished. There are some great books out there about him which he must hate...
