Well, I was trying to gain some Wight, preferably in muscle mass, for the last two months, but since I'm such a little mouse, I could only eat like 1800 calories a day. I know, 2 meals a day, not to big one either. I could not get myself to eat any more without making myself feel physically Ill and sick of everything... Anyhows.. I'm wondering what should I do? should I buy a gainer, and try all over again, should I just stick to a fat lose diet, gym routine to lose the fat I have and get to the 9% sexy body fat status (even though I'd look pretty slim, since my muscles are big enough for y body shape, but nothing to show off there.. hehe)
    Anyhows, thx for the help!

You gotta eat more, split up your meals, or start drinking a ton of milk

Use a cheap basic whey protein which is easier to digest and doesn't leave you feeling full. Use only a small amount of water used to make the shakes, to keep the volume low, and let it settle after shaking it up to get the air out.

Add in some easy digesting carbs into it, to help you grow, but tweak it back to avoid getting fat.

You have to eat to grow. There is no alternative. Sometimes it takes a while to get used to the amount of food you have to eat, so tough it out. Definitely work on splitting up your meals...it's easier for your body to take 5-6 small or medium meals than 2 giant ones, also, your body can only process a certain amount of protein at any given time so if you just dump food in all at once, you're just gonna shit out any extra that your body can't use right away.

Also....track your food. If it goes in your mouth, log it somewhere. Practically anytime someone says they can't gain or lose weight they say their diet is good, but once you start writing it down, you see that they were way off in what they were eating.
