So I've just finished my second half marathon. I'm pretty chuffed by that, but I'm not calling myself some sort of athlete. I was slow, and I hated running. 5k is alright I suppose because it's short enough to not be boring.

What next though? I need some form of exercise or I'll end up like a beach ball. I find weights a) confusing and b) embarrassing in a busy gym. Anyone like to suggest something for me to try?
