I´ve been given some advice recently to cut out dairy from my diet and to switch to almond milk if I really wanted milk in my day to day diet. He said it will help in shredding away any unwanted fat on my body. I´m just wondering what the benefits are of not having dairy in your diet and if there are any negatives. Also I´ve read here that dairy can cause acne which I do suffer from occasionally. What are your thoughts? Thanks in advance for any advice.
