Should I ask and how?

    So here goes-
One of my family friends is a tad younger than I (18 I'm 24). We recently went on a cruise with 15 other family and friends and I really like him but never thought he was gay.

Fast forward to yesterday- I see that he is "interested in men" on Facebook. Not sure when it changed but I was unaware before we went on vacation. I am starting the process of coming out as bi/gay and I'm curious if he's really gay or whether someone has just goofed with his Facebook. I think we'd both have a lot to talk about if he was.

I don't want to offend him if he isn't and I haven't really come out to my family and those friends yet. How do I bring it up?

The obvious thing is just point out 'so your Facebook says you like men...' and then see if he says yeah that's right OR he'll say maybe someone hacked his Facebook.

well if he's put that on Facebook it'd be a sure bet he's ya know.. gay and all.

So the simplest way is the best.

Want to get a drink on friday? or saturday or what ever time is more suitable for drinks

Why not ask him out for a movie and then improvise!
