After 8 years committed to fitness, i finally found something that seems to be working. Hip -instead of knees- focused moves that mainly target hamstrings and glutes -instead of quads. My legs are big enough as it is, and squats and legs presses just blow them up. Im also going for definition on the back of my thighs, which is where my body's fat reserves are. I've been doing Romanian deadlifts, leg curls and glute kickbacks on machine, hip abductions, dumbbell front squats, and split squats.

I know cardio will ultimately get me there, but i still need to build the muscle strength so I can push further on cardio. I currently do 20-25 minutes on the treadmill on non leg days. (usually doing sprints or at a steady running pace). Any recommendations in addition (or instead) of what I'm doing?
