    Nathan Deal, Governor of Georgia, would rather repeal a bill signed into law by Reagan that requires hospitals to provide emergency treatment to patients instead of extending Medicaid to solve the healthcare problem in his state.

    that being said little cost containment anywhere here.

    a semi functional federal medical system maybe expect might stop the upward spiral just a little.

    we could bring back Reagan from the dead to fix things?
