I'm a firm believer in the paleo diet. Its got me where I am. Its real tough to give you a best answer without knowing you more, but one thing to remember is that our bodies adapt. You have to keep changing things up and increaseing the challenge to your body to continue seeing progress.

I can also tell you that you aren't losing weight because you aren't in a calorie deficit. The only way to trim down is to burn more calories than you consume. Count your calories, calculate your macros and be careful of your sodium intake. A paleo diet can be high in sodium which will make you hold water and look puffy, so keep it under 2000 mg per day.

Patience bro.It took time to pack it on..I'll take time to lose it..It's not unusual to maintain your weight for week or two.

Your body will adapt it's self to what you ask of it. At the moment you are doing a reasonable whack of weights and because of the relative density of muscle over fat this means that as you bulk up, even whilst losing fat, you are certainly not going to lose, and, will probably gain weight.
Try not to judge your progress using a balance alone, and to motivate yourself, look more to inches gained and inches lost.
Plus if losing fat is your n° 1 priority, up the Cardio and whilst weight training use lower weights and higher reps.
