    Yes!

If only the butchers had kept skirt steak a secret for a few more generations.

You're right. I do love food, especially really flavorful stuff like this that makes a good diet attractive. It is so good that you don't have to eat huge portions to be satisfied and makes wonderful sense in a low-fat, low-carb diet.

My cheat days are Wednesday and Saturday and that is why I have been posting some delicious carb recipes. If you only have two days to eat carb, you must make sure each calorie is worth it in your mouth!

I am half Cuban. We have platanos. I like the yellow ones. They taste real sweet. There good. My Grandmother would fry them up as grandkids. We loved them

It depends on if the person knows how to actually cook them. My favorite is a restaurant down here that fries them in some kind of sugar recipe to make them fast slightly on the maple syrup side. But then you get others that make it taste like mushed cardboard

My grandmother just would put olive oil in the pan and let it get really hot. And she would fry like that. The yellow platanos are ripe. They tast really sweet.
