What are your fitness goals?

    Just after seeing the picture below, my goal is to gain legs such as those, even though I believe I'm halfway and that I already possess strong legs. My others are to become physically stronger, faster, and possess a stronger core.

    and my fitness goal for now:

    do like 20 pull up in a row
    learn swimming and build endurance
    being able to overheadpress with 45 lbs on each side of barbell
    being able to carry heavy things like heavy furnitures

    Right now, I just want to improve my running. Kinda slacked for a bit and I'm trying to work my way up to running 10K races again.

    I'm actually starting to tone up a lot more with minimal gains, which is fine. Need to do it for a job.
