    even hardgainers need cardio
if by "little to none" you mean "none" then goodluck ever loosing it.
try doing cardio that doubles as a muscle builder like kickboxing(tae-bo style) or spinning (with high resistance). It will help you tone while still adding positivley to your workout plan.

It depends on how long ago you ate the baby, and what kind it was.

Active and Fit...thats actually pretty funny...

Im with some of the other posts...you gotta do some cardio...id suggest 3 days a week of 30 minutes minimum...and cut your sugar/carb intake if youre going to lose any excess fat. The more sugars you eliminate, the faster that fat will disappear.

I also use a supplement, CLA, which helps to metabolize Fat...it takes about 60 days of use before you see the benefits of it...but then, BAM...youre abs appear out of nowhere...several fitness models Ive worked with swear by it...Im a beleiver now too!!

    mascjockatlthats actually pretty funny.

Thanks. No one laughs at my jokes anymore. It was actually truth in a joke .. that is it could be in the diet. Also people go on and on about eating before bed and stuff like that, hence "when did you eat that baby?"

One thing I can say about my experience with fat loss, is that I have never been really fat being a hardgainer too, but I have never been real cut either. A few years ago I tried taking those fat burners along with more cardio and I dropped like 15 pounds. I was more cut but my arms and legs got a lot skinnier. I am more content with having my weight than being shredded. I would want to gain 15 to 20 pounds before I do something like that again. I sometimes wonder if someone has a problem area if one of the new fat sculpting procedures might be worth while.

I thought the joke was really funny. You don't get high quality baby jokes like that anymore.

try picking one goal and not two goals at the opposite end of teh diet spectrum as you are making a rod for your own back there

I'd put something like swimming in as cardio. It's pretty much the best type of exercise ever icon_razz.gif
