Oxfam report reveals scale of inequality in UK as charity appeals to chancellor over tax

If this is a trend among more developed countries, then the issue could be more complex than would be suggested by those in the US who like to blame everything on the Republican Party.

thinking about your post the US's government style track the UK fairly directly. So where is this US going with their 5 richest families; exactly where they want to go.

the second half of your post on the blame issue:

some people seem to explain their lives by what political party they belong to. Reality is politicians out there are out to win office for a mediocre salary no matter what. So they can get their corporations in on the government tit.

as a gay man, know which side has the butter, if it wernt for:
    gay employment rights
    immigration from none affirming countries
    marriage equality
better faster schools with less bullying in schools

    why even vote?

Though the five wealthiest families in Britain are not poor, what is striking is how little their wealth has grown in the last twenty years in comparison to the wealth growth for some in other nations. The Brits will one day become a third world nation all on their own.

You know what I say if this is true? (Oxfam is often full of the shittiest shit)

Good for those families. They worked for that money, or they worked to maintain that money, so they can keep every cent if they want. I know Socialists hate rich people or even people who are richER than them, but...

    Suck it, bitch.
