    Hey guys!

I'm sure this has been probably been asked before but does anyone have suggestions for great workouts that only require dumbbells?

I've stopped paying for a gym since I never go and feel more comfortable working out at home (for now). I recently purchased the Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells and would like to get a good routine going with them. I just don't know where to begin!

    Any advice would be appreciated.

When I returned to weight training in 2006 I did exactly what you're proposing using the Bowflex SelectTeck dumbbells. They're great, and you can put together good workouts with them. I suggest taking a look at The Men's Health Home Workout Bible, by Schuler and Mejia for some ideas. Decent resource. The only thing you might add (if you have the cash) is a good bench, preferably with an adjustable back for incline chest. I just used a heavy board padded with a blanket between two chairs, so no incline. Also, you can used sturdy, straight backed chairs for dips; add a third chair or table and throw in 3 point push-ups. Good luck and hope this helps.
