Cruising at gym

    Ok so I saw Latin muscle tonight..he's officially out of twink zone and moved into muscle bunny! Also another Latin guy probably Mexican was caught staring a few times and a Arabic guy! A hot one..kept finding his way over to every work out station I was using..but didn't realize Wat he was doin until he follow from weights to cardio then to the steam room lol .. great hight :$

    Are you really seeing a 3 lb gain? I try to weigh myself every day and my weight can vary by 4 lbs easily throughout the week. I always weigh myself in the morning when I get up, after I've gone to the bathroom (1 & 2), and before I've eaten. For example:

    12 Mar, Wed: 186.6
    14 Mar, Fri: 185.4
    16 Mar, Sun: 188.8
    17 Mar, Mon: 187.2
    18 Mar, Tue: 184.6

    I'm trying to LOSE weight, not gain it. All I do is run. Well, I do do some wrist curls, forward and reverse; trying to combat those limp wrists.

    I've got just a wee bit of a spare tire I wouldn't mind getting rid of.

    Thanks. But that's because our stupid bodies give up the fat in the places we don't care about. For women the ass and thighs are the last place to lose its fat, for men its the belly. I still wear size 36 pants. icon_mad.gif

    Your face doesn't like a guy with 36 waist. In that case, yeah you should continue with your cardio.
