    Ketogenic diet also reduce recovery time by reduce inflammation. Tim Olsen broke records and won the 100 miles race in 2012 and 2013.     ... just looking at the Attia video earlier. Yep, after 1 week of 40 gr of carbs a day, 90-120gr protein, and 190gr plus of fat, I have to say this is amazing. Never felt better. Hell of a euphoria. Why the USDA lied to me all these years that low fat is good. They should all go to hell.

    .... found out Sweden became the first country to reject the low-fat dogma in 2013. It's about time the 'daily bread' is truly for the birds.
