I want to super slim and toned with a 6 pack - suggestions?

    I am a white guy, 5'7 and currently weigh 130. I previously weighed 155. My pants size is now 28x30, down from 31x30. I have an Asian friend who is super thin with a tight body and 6-pack.

    I want to develop a 6-pack and have muscles without getting heavier or looking overly muscular. What fitness plan and eating plan do you recommend?

    Just do cardio and lift light-ish weights.

    If you're watching your calories in versus your calories out, you don't even need to do cardio. Judging by your stats tho, you don't sound like you have a lot of fat on your body...but rather, just have a flat stomach. If that's the case, just do lots of ab stuff, varied exercises with weight and resistance.

    Meh, muscles are so pase now. Be average (not too much muscle, but not too much fat). Average is nicer icon_cool.gif
