Two Teaspoons of Black Walnut Oil or Extra Virgin Oil or Flaxseed Oil, or Fish Oil or Eat a Can of Tuna or Eat 16 oz of Salmon or Rainbow Trout per Day?

    After hearing the doctor on PBS saying we need more fat in our diet, I'm wondering what are you all doing?

    I eat English or Black Walnuts. I started taking a teaspoon of Black and English Walnut Oil in the morning.

    It's good for the brain.

    What else is oil good for?

    (I think hair, but I'm thinking something more critical than hair.)

    My only concern about eating that much fish is the mercury.
