Abs

    I have seen many many videos that says 'easy tricks for abs'. I tried a few of them. Unfortunately not working on me. I wonder if someone here can advise a pattern to be followed to achieve defined abs?
    If you also include 'food not to eat' would be great.

    P.S. my lower fat is very stubborn.

    If you have fat over the abs muscles they'll never look good until you get rid of the fat. I have bumpy abs from doing abs work, but you'd never know it because when I pinch my belly fat it's about 2.5 cm thick.

    And obviously I'm not the one to ask about getting rid of belly fat. icon_confused.gif

    High repetitions only lean it out. Try to do high weight/low reps to build them up. Try a decline bench, and hold a dumbbell to your chest for resistance. I usually shoot for 25/15/10 with a 25 lb., without letting your back touch the bench. Make sure to keep the weight touching your chest, and not push it out as momentum on the way up.

    If you slap your stomach the right way....the abs will just appear....see
