Is anyone else seriously addicted to this stuff? icon_neutral.gif

I can't ever seem to get enough of peanut butter (all natural, of course), even though I eat enough protein and good fats throughout the day. I should tell myself to stop buying it, but it's so hard to resist.

I can't keep the stuff in my house. I crave it nightly. Have you ever tried dipping apple slices in peanut butter? It's ridiculously good, and it fills you up quicker so you don't eat as much peanut butter. Smucker's is the best.

Love peanut butter, too. But here in Thailand, peanut butter is expensive, about 3 times the price for the same amount as whole processed nuts. Roasted processed peanuts in whatever flavor you might want is cheap. So I eat them from a bag than from a jar.

Favorite snack with whole wheat bread! Still searching for an easy recipe to make peanut butter on a blender so I can spread it on my sandwiches.

Best form for me is in curries icon_razz.gif

But by itself, when I visited the American family, the famous Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich was WAY better than I EVER thought it would be. The jelly is just jam anyway icon_razz.gif

The thicker and richer it is, the better it becomes. Natural is best. I don't have it very often though. best to savour it icon_wink.gif Plus, as I said, the curry form is best icon_smile.gif

Peanut butter sandwiches with bananas or raisins; almond and cashew butters are good too.

I am also obsessed with Peanut Butter. Like, I eat it 2-3 times a day obsessed lol. GO Teddies All Natural Chunky with Flax-seed Oil! For b-fast ill eat it with a piece of fruit, bananas are my favorite. I will also mix it in with my oat meal.

I make my own protein shakes:
    1 Cup Frozen Mixed Fruit
    1/2 Banana
    2 TBS Chia Seeds
    3 TBS Hemp Seeds
    2 TBS Peanut Butter
2 Cups Almond and Coconut Milk Blend
A Dash of Cinnamon and Cayenne Pepper

I also add it to stir fry, the recipes are endless or it is just as good out of the jar on a spoon.

However, if you eat Peanut Butter as much as I do... you may have also noticed some weight gain? lol At first I thought I had to eat less, until I found this amazing stuff. Never ordered it off line, I usually pick it up at my local natural health foods store. It is Peanut Butter Powder, they press the peanuts to remove the fat and oil. It is then ground into a powder. You mix it with water, and bam! Just as good, not a fat. Try it...

My pre-run snack used to be a banana sliced into 4 pieces, then slice those in half lengthwise, put a dab of peanut butter on each piece (you get to define how big your "dab" is), then drizzle some melted chocolate over each piece.
