So I am a very ticklish person, and I have found that it has become an issue with normal things including people putting their arms around my waist, cuddling, and doing the dirty. Usually it's just a little flinch, but sometimes it almost ruins the moment. And my friends take advantage of it :/

Anyone else in the same boat as me?

Not quite to that extreme, but yes, I hate being tickled. I'm asthmatic and I just hate it. It makes it hard to breath and in one case lead to an attack when I couldn't stop laughing and throat got too raw.

I go crazy when I'm tickled. I start to laugh really really hard and because I can't breathe I start coughing up blood. Coughing up blood and laughing.

not really. but I do go crazy when tickled. I once kicked someone in the face on accident because I was flailing wildly on the floor and they wouldn't stop.

to make sure no one ever tickles you ever, when they try too, you grab there hand, crush it with yours and in your sternest voice to which not even the devil him self will question you, you tell them
"you ever fucking try to tickle me again and I will your fucking nuts off, is that fucking clear???"
Its quick and clear, no one ever comes back for seconds and no one ever questions you about it.

Yeah, I hate being tickled that much, it feels like skins being ripped off.

Adnoh, I think you should let your partner know about this before things get too hot and heavy. I think it is natural for people to want to cuddle and hug during and after sex. I don't think anyone would want to intentionally ruin any moment. As for your friends, maybe you should take LilTanker's advise!! icon_wink.gif

I used to be extremely ticklish, to the point that sometimes just a hand on my thigh would make me almost jump out of my skin. After a few years of regular weight training, though, I noticed that is no longer the case.

While I'm not as sensitive to it as I used to be, for those of us that are sensitive, it is torture. I now simply stop who ever starts to tickle me with this verbal promise:
"If you tickle me again, I will defend myself. I'm not afraid of breaking your nose since I find that as entertaining as you seem to find this form of torture."

    Simple, direct and honest.

My boyfriend is extremely ticklish. I cant brush up against him at all. I only tickle him when he pisses me off, because I know how much it tortures him.

Yeah, sometimes I'm extremely ticklish and sometimes not at all really. I only get really sensitive on my sides from my underarm to my hip. I HATE being tickled. It makes my laugh for second but then it really hurts and I get super pissed. If someone keeps it up after I loudly tell them to stop, all bets are off and you're probably going to get punched, elbowed, or kicked.

Seems to be a lot of people who don't understand how uncomfortable tickling can be. This can be a form of abuse, and I have lashed out at people for taking advantage of my sensitivity to tickling.

Yeah, I totally have to agree with Czarodziej...way too much fun tickling people. It's especially a hoot when you can make a big muscular guy giggle and squeal from tickling him. icon_twisted.gif

It is an easy way to end an argument and I'm tired of losing arguments because I'm an easy tickle. GRRRR! Actually, I do my best to not tell people for this very reason. They do take advantage but it's not an enjoyable laugh for those that aren't ticklish - it's painful actually.icon_cry.gif

I was seeing this guy that would want to tickle me to end an argument and go on to something else. In those moments when I wasn't feeling open to distraction, I wasn't ticklish. He told me that I was the only person he knew that kept my focus wasn't distracted through tickling. I'm very ticklish, but when I'm not having it, I'm not at all.

My personal experience is that one's degree of ticklishness is at least partially related to how much one fears being tickled.

I usually have to mentally prepare myself if someone touches me..if I don't then I get uncomfortable. My brothers love to tickle me..then I end up kicking them or punching them in the face. icon_sad.gif It's funny but ugh it's uncomfortable and I feel like I'm going to explode or something.

The worst was when I went to the hospital and the doctor was touching my stomach to see what was wrong with me (my parents, who are in the medical business, thought my appendex had bursted), and I kept like..flexing and making my stomach really tight cause he was tickling me!

He got pretty annoyed with me, so I ended up having to go through this machine..haha

I try to explain to friends (and dates) that they're doing themselves a disfavor by tickling me.. I'm not all that ticklish, but I hate to be tickled. I try to get them to understand that by tickling me they're putting me on guard whenever I'm around them, which means I'm never relaxed, unable to 'trust' them physically, which tends to spoil/ruin any chances at a physical relationship and makes me less comfortable around them as friends.

But then, I enjoy laughing and can put up a good challenge when tickled... I never am the first to tickle since not too many guys can find the joy and playfulness of a good tickling match... Please Tank,,, don't hurt me...icon_rolleyes.gif

Not gonna lie... tickling has turned into rough housing/wrestling... and has turned into sex.... so I guess it pays off sometimes...
