In my neck of the woods, a couple branches of a company called My Fit Foods have popped up.

Anyone have any experience with this company and their products/services?

Curious if it's been helpful to anyone looking to have an alternative when they're time-crunched and need to stop and pick up something that won't ruin their weightlifting diet --- or perhaps something right after the gym, you know?

    FYI ... http://myfitfoods.com/ if you're interested yourselves.

Thinking of stopping in to check it out. If I do, I'll post my findings here for anyone who's interested ... but would definitely be interested in hearing from others as well.

    Thanks, guys!

One recently opened up near my gym in Chicago. I haven't checked it out yet. But my personal trainer, who is a real-deal body builder, has and recommends them for something quick. Particularly if you're normally prepping and packing your own food and for some reason can't.

No experience with this particular company, but last year I used Your Nutrition Delivered. The food was super healthy and tasted great. But I stopped because of lack of variety in the meals.

Like anything else, I think you'd want to look at the specific ingredient list to see what's in the food and how it is being prepared. Looking at the nutrition breakouts on some of the choices, the sodium levels looked really high.

Maybe it's healthful food prepared the right way - but I wouldn't take their word for it just because "Fit" is in their company name, and they toss around "healthy" pretty liberally in their marketing.

Agreed re: ingredients, preparation and marketing for sure. ;)
