I'm personally in favor of both. It's their body, their choice.

To all the butthurts, please don't troll/spam this thread with your ignorance. Thank you. icon_smile.gif

    In favor or not? Why?

I am in favor of both. It is the woman's choice of what she does with her body. In the latter, as long as the person has signed a living will and is cognizant of what's being done, it should be his/her choice.

I'm pro both as long as the person is mentally competent.

gabriel88 saidI favor both. It's nobody's business. I don't support late term abortion though.

Any woman that waits that long, it's either some extreme situation, or she's mentally challenged.

Yeah, women shouldn't wait too long. They should abort withing the span of 3 months.

What if a 14 year old child is requesting to be euthanized?
    How would that be handled?

    I'm all for abortions tho.
    There should be more actually.

    oh ok. icon_rolleyes.gif

So a child....who may lack the capacity to make such decisions should be given free reign to end their own life?

    hmmmm.
I think it's a bit more complicated than that, moron.

It's not, dickhead. The kid is going to die anyway. At 14 a kid can make that decision. That's the point of euthanasia.

It would depend on the exact situation, with his or her parents and doctors weighing in.

I am not in favor of abortion; I am in favor of being prochoice.

I not in favor of euthanasia; I am in favor of reducing suffering or ending suffering when it can not be tolerably reduced.

That's a good way of putting it.

    I'm pro-death though.

Considering the nature of things, being anti-death seems problematic.

Not at all. I do indeed view abortion as killing. But before I grieve for the sanctity of the unborn, I honor the sovereignty of the already living.

It depends what gets aborted. A lump of cells is not a human being.

Abortion is a womans choice but I think if the father signs a contract to say he will will take on full parental responsibility then the woman should not be allowed to abort. I have seen and heard of far too many girls aborting babies because either they don't know who the father was or they were using it as black mail against their boy friends/the father of the baby.
