Hello All! I need some help figuring out how to best address a problem. I am not motor kinesthetic in the least. Why this matters is that while alot of people get pumped up when they do strength training I just get tired instead. I can make myself go to the gym every day and I can do cardio no problem but when i start trying to use any of the machines for muscle/strength training i quickly lose motivation and energy. I'm not looking to get crazy buff just want to get back a lot of the muscle i lost when i got very sick for 9 months. Does anyone else deal with these issues or can offer some suggestions to help me keep motivated during strength training?
