MuscleMilk got me nothing but leaner and I actually lost weight on it and my body fat when through the floor. I just burn calories and have a hard time gaining. I can't eat enough regular food and I refuse to go the double cheese burger route lol
Let's take a look at musclemilk... OMG! It's only got 11g of carbs! AND 22g OF PROTEIN?!?!?! AFTER A WORKOUT?!?!?
You need at least 100g of complex carbs, 40g of simple carbs, and a MINIMUM of 40g of protein, preferably 50g, post-workout if you're gonna make your gains stick. Otherwise, you shrink.
The cytogainer's a little better, but it's still terrible. Your body can't digest more than 47-50g of protein at a pop, so you're throwing your money away when you suck down the 56g in cytogainer's four-scoop serving. There's also only 80g of carbs, which is disgustingly low for a weight gainer.
