This question has been probably asked before but a lot of members have deleted themselves and there are a lot of newcomers so, tell me, what do you work on? Did you go to college?

In my case I'm a graphic designer and aspiring web developer.

I work sound design at the moment. I went to film school for 2 years in Hollywood. Just been working on commercials, music videos, short films etc. Since then! I'm about to go to UCLA soon to finish my film degree. I also help out at a local Martial Arts place from time to time. And make music! done a few music scores for short films and 2 commercials. And a few beats that a few up and coming rappers i know bought.

Busy busy... but i love staying busy 24/7 icon_cool.gif

owl_bundy saidat the moment, absolutely nothing and still unemployed. dropping job applications. applied to whole foods 2 days ago. i got a degree in criminal justice 3 years ago. yes, i fucked up but i plan on fixing that sooner or later though. i'm not worried. as long as i'm alive, i have hope that things will get better. i'll be somewhere and i won't resort to shit that will me locked up or in a pine box. i might have to go back to doing menial jobs momentarily. i'll even join.... *sigh* the nypd or another piggie department and fake it until i move on to something much better than bullying the general public. icon_cry.gif

but for the moment, i need a job even though i don't plan on staying at whatever menial job i get. i may still live with my parents, living off them, have 35 dollars left to my name, being bummy or whatever BUT my bad situation won't last forever. laugh or ridicule me all you want. i don't care. even if i end up homeless or whatever, I'll survive. shit doesn't bother me though. stressed out but not upset.

Sorry to hear that man! we all go through hardships in life. You will get out of that! and be triumphant bro. I myself grew up in poverty... and never imagined going to LA. Or ever getting the chance to work out here. I also was homeless very briefly after film school. And got into a lot of bum fights when i was 20... but that is an entire other subject vkN78.png

I just worked my ass off everyday. Doing any type of project i could. Even if it only paid 25 bucks for a job.

I work in corporate charity events and networking events as a Personal Assistant so I guess I do a mix of events management as well as administration, example: diary management and getting coffee.

My work have also paid for me to sit a 12 week course in adult education so I can teach local charities on how to apply for funding and how to be successful in their funding applications.
