So I grew up in a Farmers family in South Africa and am quite used to hunting and cooking venison and other so called "wild meats" including hare which we use to hunt and make into a delicious pie - however, the other day I came across rabbit aka. Bunny in the local food market and I'd like to know if any of you have any suggestions other than pie. It looks quite pretty whole and I'd like to serve it in that form. I don't however want to serve tough meat just because it looks pretty.
