I'm Skinnnny!!! HELP!!!

    I'm damn skiny... and I need to gain some more weight... any idea how... and please dont tell me to eat more or to eat more red mean... it's not for me... icon_sad.gif

    uh.. soooooo... you want to gain weight, but you don't want to do the work... interesting..

    I'm sure you'll go great in all your goals in life..

    If you have a high metabolism and you want to put on muscle mass then you have to be repaired to put in the effort.

    One thing I've noticed in skinny guys who claim to eat heaps of food, yet, when you look at what they eat, there eating 2000 calories or less, I eat twice that just to maintain my weight, hell, I can eat twice that in one sitting given the chance..

    you wanna gain weight, start counting how much you eat and then add an extra couple of hundred calories a day.. that extra hundred can come from protein mixes, lean chicken, hell even just a simple chicken salad above what you used to eat will give you more calories and help your body and at least it would be a start to getting you used to eating more..

    And make sure you eating often, every 2 - 4 hours, without fail, you don't have to have a dinner, but just eat something..

    I've just checked your profile. You are very good looking. I wish I was a lot skinnier than I am now. You know what I mean - higher risk of Cardiac problems and other illnesses related to being overweight.
    But on the other hand, why not take up boxing or some martial arts. There may be some gutless cowards who may think they're heroes taking advantage of your height.

    If you want to gain more muscle mass however, you HAVE to eat more or at least more protein... doesn't have to be red meat. Protein shakes, fish and chicken will do fine.

    Also, lift weights.

    Well, then, you can't gain weight. Weight doesn't just appear from nowhere. There's this thing called The Law of Conservation of Matter... you can't create new mass from nothing -- you can only rearrange the parts.

    Muscle is made from protein. If you don't eat protein, you won't gain muscle. See above, re: law of conservation of matter.

    Yes, you WILL have to eat more (and no, not red meat).

    I HIGHLY recommend a book called "Scrawny to Brawny". It worked for me.

    aw yeah and about eating... I HATE British food... it's so not teasty at all... and what i had as my fave... im sick of it...
    another thing is... other food is just tooooo expensve for me... i need something cheaper.... :] i'm lost... icon_sad.gif

    so what there is nothing wrong with being skinny. how times changing i got pick on a lil in high school 4 being skinny an u know what i didn't give a sh** , I kinda found it funny though
