2009 is almost here! I plan to learn to surf in the new year, and am working to gain at least 5lbs of muscle.

    What about you?

to become EXTREMELY frugal with money...
I developed the strange ability to spend money I didn't have in 2008, and it's very unlike me. yikes!

and also to enroll in school again.

those are my two BIG goals of the year... of course I have many other personal goals, right? yea... let's go with that.

Abs that are visible without having to stand 'a certain way' or requiring 'proper lighting'.

I'd like to gain 10lbs of muscle in the New Year. Or 5. I'm not picky, I just want gains!

And I'd like to improve my romantic relationships (that is to say, have one).

    1. To finally get the ideal marathon time I want, instead of just flirting with it by a couple minutes.

    2. Once I get my marathon time, I'll reward myself by taking piano lessons.

That's enough for one year, I'm not superman.

It's still about 0.3 mm, if I concentrate, but I fear that I may need cheaters, in a few years.

I'd like to get more involved in some activism, as well as start going to the gym again, bulking up some, and continue my education.

Each year since I was sixteen I have set 10 resolutions to follow and accomplish during the new year. Starting last year, I edited that and broke it into 10 Resolutions and 10 Goals. Resolutions are sometimes ongoing while goals are more finite. And with that, hear are mine for 2009.

    7. To be unapologetic apologetic about my belief system and stand up for it and me.
    8. To continue to grow spiritually and emotionally.
    9. To be more cognizant of my personal responsibilities to myself before being able to assist others.

    Goals:
    1. Join the Charlotte Business Guild-Professional Networking for the LGBT community in Charlotte, NC

    Simple.

Once I day, I'll take 10 minutes to sit with my thoughts and check in with myself in order to see how I'm doing. I'll ask myself things like what's going well in my life? What's directions do I not want to follow? Am I making the right/wrong decisions?

Daily thinking of these questions and others will hopefully lead me to a better understanding of my life and inherently those of other's around me.
