Why is ageism towards young guys overlooked?

Um, if a young guy is not interested in older guys, he's a ageist. If it's the other way around, it's OK.
If an old man bashes a young guy for his looks, OK. The other way around, everyone loses their minds. Oh the irony.

Double standard much? Also, maturity is not an age. A lot of old dudes on this site are idiots. Maturity is based on experience, not getting older.

Also, additional question: What's up with all this Daddy validation culture in the gay world? If a guy gets old, why are young guys expected to worship him? icon_rolleyes.gif I haven't seen this happen with heterosexuals or even lesbians. It's always the gays that take the whole age thing sooooo seriously. Why?

BTW, all the comments saying I'm ugly, a troll or jealous will, ironically, prove my point.

immunity saidI don't accept ageism from either side and age is not a factor in determining who I date.

Me neither, but in the gay world, it seems to be OK to bash young guys. Isn't that also ageism?

It's not hard to search other threads. I am accused of reviving old threads to prove a point. There are so many threads created and there are PLENTY of old threads that talk about this stuff. Wasting megabytes of data and information. Do we remember people creating new threads about TWIN BOYFRIENDS? What about the coming out of Tom Daley?

Who is that guy who collates all the threads into a single thread? We need him.

    Sorry.

I don't know why young people are always complaining about older people bashing them. Can you show me an example? I've never seen it happen here. I just see young people being rude to older people.

Yeah so? Reposts aren't wrong if it's new members. Bumping on old topics on the other hand is stupid.

Why don't you just call this thread "I hate old men"

You've called us old trolls and me, an idiot, already.

You are proving the point of ageism all on your own.
I'm not going to explain it yet....I want to see how DEEP you bury yourself first.

Uh yeah, that's my point. If you don't like young guys, I wouldn't consider you a troll or a bigot. It your preference. My point is that why can't that be the same for young guys that aren't interested in older guys?
