Can I obtain energy to workout while limiting my carb intake, and will this work? I want to do a clean bulk but don't want to be tired/unmotivated at the gym.

I've heard that fruit should only be eaten with breakfast, and before or after working out due to the body being in starvation mode and absorbing the sugars/nutrients faster. Meanwhile, vegetables, protein, healthy fats, and complex carbs are eaten during your actual meals. Will this work? I want muscles but also abs icon_wink.gificon_rolleyes.gif

Keep your carbs natural and unprocessed and you will be fine, you will put on a little fat in any bulk but my personal experience is , low hiit cardio twice a week 20 mins , heavy lifting , lots of protein and healthy fat and one sweet potato per meal and I got bigger with little to no fat..veggies in every meal also

Thank you. Hopefully I can keep gaining muscle and lose the fat on my stomach. I don't have too much but it really annoys me that it's there, and idk how to lose it -_-

Dude if you're bulking, just eat whatever the hell you want. If you're putting in enough time at the gym on the daily, you WILL NOT gain any fat.
