What are the best arm workouts to win at Arm-wrestling?

    I want to challege this person who says he can beat me, I want to build up strength for arm wrestling as soon as possible, please give me some advice bros!

    Try training in the new form of extreme arm wrestling. Its called XARM. You can kick, punch, etc.

    The hand grips are good. . . reverse curls are good too, helps your forearms.

    Also try googling some armwrestling websites, there must be a few that offer points on technique

    Practice a lot with a buddy before challenging this guy so you can work on technique

    I think when it comes to armwrestling, doing more armwrestling is the best way to condition yourself just perfect for it.

    Back in high school, these two guys were arm wrestling in class. They were both doing well. Until one guy's elbow popped out of place.

    After witnessing that, I will never arm wrestle anyone. icon_lol.gif
