Is there anyone on here taking a brief break from healthy eating to eat their easter eggs?

Or is it just me icon_twisted.gif

I don't like commercialised easter and from country where I come from we have some real traditions like getting natural ingredients from the forest and paint real eggs with them like with moss or with onion leaves and using a thread we boild the eggs

    P3240148.JPG

+ we swing on high swings, there is a saying if you swing very high mosquitos will not bite you in the summer and if you eat eggs without salt you will lie for the whole year

I like those kind of traditions

+ we fight with hard boil eggs

    we also use these

For sure! I don't wait for Easter to enjoy chocolate. With the good stuff, It's best to avoid chewing it. Just let it slowly melt in my mouth. icon_razz.gificon_lol.gif

Good question. Was there chocolate in first century Palestine.

I have a very nicelady who brings me treats on holidays like Easter and today it is a little basket full of chocolate, including a bag of coconut M&M's. Too sweet for me.

I think deviled eggs would be wonderful.

Usually I don't deviate from my healthy, nutritive diet just because it's a holiday. But this Easter, I'm on a 5-day binge (eating anything & everything). Hope I can recover from this long weekend.

I might go to the gym soon (I think they will open at 12:00). I love being raised in an Italian household, but the pasta I ate really did a number on my stomach.

I've had to mostly stop eating pasta. For some reason I find it way to heavy.

But yet you can sit me in front of half a cow and I'll eat the damn thing and look for more hahaha

100% YES... I also can't eat yams, but white potatoes seem to be fine. I do better with protein and fat though. I also love almonds, cashews, and peanuts.

Yes, been eating candy and not happy about it but oh well. I only eat cake or candy on holidays so it is OK.

I love chocolate, but my gut doesn't love it too much at all. Nonetheless, I tortured myself with a white chocolate bunny yesterday!
