Testosterone - Help

I recently stopped taking a daily medication for Anxiety that I had been taking for many years. Although it feels great to be 'drug-free' - I've noticed a few things. My sex drive seems to be lower. It takes a longer time to jack off and the amount of cum is significantly less. I also have gained a few pounds.

Any recommendations? Could this have caused my Testosterone to drop? Any recommendations on natural ways to boost testosterone or any over the counter supplements I can take?

    Any help is appreciated!

What is the name of the drug that you were on?

THE best advice both here and Google is:
    Exercise
Avoid Carbohydrates and sugar (as much as possible)
    Take Zinc

And, if you want, try one of the supplements like Saw Palmetto.

DON'T take any testosterone boosters you read about in the back of a men's mag!!

If you really think you have low "T", then get thee to a doctor and get it checked out! He or she can prescribe a treatment, like topical AndroGel. (AndroGel, despite the scumbag lawyers ads on TV, has NOT been shown to be a major cause of bloodclots!)
