Don't read the yellow pages. They're antiquated,
obsolete, no longer relevant, and no one reads
them any more. The differences between the
different kinds of real estate businesses
has to do with the market: what kind
of property you're looking to buy,
rent, sell or invest in. It is sort
of like going to the produce
    market, usually the fruits
    and vegetables are
    kept separate so
    one does not
    confuse the
    grapefruits,
    cantaloupes
    and cabbages.

I'm an apartment renter right now.I'm thinking about moving
out this summer into a bigger rental home.I'm thinking about
renting a low cost rental house this summer. But I don't know
what kind of real estate workers that rent apartments, houses, duplexes, and other rental homes to their tenants are called
at all.I need to know that before I can google them on my
    laptop computers.

Are there any free online websites that talks about all types
of real estate businesses and what they are used for and
how to choose the right real estate business for yourself?

No, go to craigslist in your area and look at the housing > apts / housing section. It is searchable with different criteria. I search using terms specific to the area I want to live in and the range of rent I'm willing to pay.

their online ads at all.Plus is too much like newspapers
for me.I'm a modern guy,I'm not an old fashioned guy at all.

Then why were you reading the YPs? Most properties listed on CL have pix. Even google maps.

I have had some anti-gay landlords in the past and I don't
ever want to deal with those types of landlords ever again.
I want to rent a house from a gay friendly male real estate
worker or a gay male real estate worker.

Mirror it down the left edge and all it needs is a paper umbrella and some pink liquor.

I rather rent from a gay male real estate worker
than a female real estate worker any day.I'm a
gay man for a reason. It's because I find other
guys attractive and I don't find girls attractive
    at all.

Why would a real estate agent have to be someone you find attractive?

I'm mentally challenged not dumb. They are not the same thing.
Not all mentally challenged adults are dumb. That's a big lie
and myth.I'm an adult with special needs.I'm an adult with
add.Being mentally challenged and being dumb are not the
same thing at all. Some mentally challenged adults are
smart and I'm one of them.I'm a current apartment renter.
I'm living in my 4 th apartment. My dead mom helped me
find all of my past apartments and I don't want my
crazy relatives to help me to find a new rental home
at all.I don't know much about real estate businesses
at all. That's why I'm asking about them in the first
    place.

    Best: gray or white
    Worst: lavender

Even though iceblink thinks cramoisy is the best color, I'm not so sure.
