For several years now I've been celebrating my "official" birthday on January 1st. Makes it easier for me to remember my age by simply calculating from 1949 to the present year, regardless of the month. My actual or real birthday is still a few months away, but what's a month or so when you're 60?

I note that Queen Elizabeth II also has 2 birthdays, official & actual, and I figure what's good enough for the Queen of England is good enough for the queen of Fort Lauderdale. LOL!

Yes, and just be glad you don't look like this .. it would be a dead giveaway!

Looks rather British, with those rod-actuated brakes.

Yeah, rods tend to stop some things and start others icon_lol.gif

Thanks, it handles 2, flips up at the press of a finger, and is very comfortable to ride.

It's OK, just not the studly ride of my motorcycles. But when I want to simply enjoy a quick tool around town, a bright red ride that's not too big & demanding is really all I need.

Thanks. But all these double entendres have gotten me confused. Are you talking about me or the scooter being stolen? But I just checked, and the scoot's fine, and I appear to be where I'm supposed to be, too. False alarm. icon_rolleyes.gif
