I turn 24 today!icon_biggrin.gif I feel nothing different, if you know what I mean. I guess that's because 24 isn't one of those birthdays that are big deals. When does one normally begin to feel anxious/nervous about their future/age?

    Happy Birthday, guy.
The time to get nervous was when you turned 14. You're way over the hill. It's all downhill from here.
    Enjoy!

haooy birht day pal, When you have reached a certain age and you feel you havent acomplished something, usually happens at 30's, 40's and 50's, I have met so many people having deals like, I am not the one as before at that age rate. In my case, I am too young, but I always thought that starting my 18, life was going to change from that point drastically, and it did.

    Happy B-Day!!!

For Me, 25 felt VERY different. Things that I had done and said in the past no longer seemed appropriate.

I expect 50 to feel similar. I still have a few years before I find out!

Theory of mine: Men's birthdays of note are the "5" years, 25 ,35, 45, etc. When you hit 25, you're pretty much done with education (unless you're going for a PHD), and your working career is starting. You put away childish things and thoughts. By 35, you should have gotten a good start on your career and are hitting some cash surpluses. 45 you should have bought your "stuff" and are settling into a pattern you like. On and on. You make it up.

Women, on the other hand, hit their peak beauty at 20, lose it at 30, better have something locked down by 40.

So 24? Last year to be crazy. Enjoy it!

Happy birthday! You shouldn't feel different just because of a birthday; that happens after (or because of) major life events.

Try not to sweat it. If you are doing your best with what you've learned so far, then you're right where you're supposed to be. I would say the same to anyone at any age.

Happy birthday, man. Just don't fall for such silly, misogynistic gay stereotypes about women. They're half the human race and can enrich your life even if you have no sexual interest in them.
