There is no law protecting glbt people in Kentucky, so we'll see how this idea that the free market will solve the problem because people will shop somewhere else. My guess is in a small town it won't make a difference when there is not a lot of other places to go.

Since they are against gays, I guess this means there are none on staff at the embroidery shop. What a shame. The gays are so handy with a thread and needle.

They're okay so long as you're on the down-low, you just have to bring your "beard" with you. icon_wink.gif

Meanwhile, on another topic, I was told that laws allowing Christians to refuse gay people wouldn't be used by said Christians. Uh uh, no they wouldn't.

Check the sticker referencing John 3:16.

A good lesson in the diversity of Christians for jockfever.

Aw, look, how cute. They're "evolving!" Shh! Don't nobody tell the Creation Museum...

(^Happy 10 Year Anniversary to JMG, by the way.)

Herald Embroil-eryNotice: We recently posted five 3″ stickers on the front entrance to our shop. Two of these stickers are negative and prohibitive in their message. After some public confusion as to the meaning of one which depicted a rainbow flag, we’ve replaced them with a clarification. "While we will serve all customers who treat our place of business with respect, we reserve the right to refuse to produce promotional products that promote ideas that are not in keeping with our consciences. This includes, but is not limited to content promoting homosexuality, freemasonry, the use of foul language, and imagery which promotes immodesty."

Freemasons be like, "YEAH! YOU SHOW THEM GA-- wait, what?" icon_lol.gif

So no imagery which promotes immodesty, people. You know. Stuff like ridiculously long beards. icon_razz.gif

And nothing shows the world "modesty" quite like an openly displayed .45! Amirite?
