I hooked up with a guy about a week ago and he sucked my dick and my ass. He kept sucking my dick and my ass repeatedly and switching between the two, are there any risks? I ask this because the head of my penis is irritated, red and has build up of smegma, I have been washing with no scent soap and applying Vaseline to help and it has helped some. Has anyone experience this, and any suggestions?

Probably not from the flip flopping, however all possible STDs apply as well. I never had any issues from going there to having it done to me.

Doesn't ring any bells. It's possible he had gonorrhea (of the throat). If it doesn't clear up quickly, or if you get burning when you piss or get a discharge, you might want to see a doc.

It's possible to transfer bacteria from the anus to the penis like that I think. But what you describe does not sound good. Go see a doctor

unless a disease is involved barebacking doesnt really cause that, so there is really no reason licking should.

Thanks so much guys! Yes I think I might have gotten irritated from body rubbing and I'm uncut. I'm a young gay and I didn't have anyone tell me anything about gay sex. Yes we did kiss lol anything that felt good and always safe. Tops that please their bottom are fun. I did see a sexual health forum after I posted, sorry.

Blowjobs from guys with bad oral hygiene can cause yeast infection, which looks to be the case here.

This happened to me a couple years ago... Vaseline made it burn more. By day 4 I finally had the sense to use a betamethasone ointment that I have packed with my camping gear, which healed it completely within a day or two.

I would have been intrigued at what coconut oil would have done for you over Vaseline, as it is anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-fungal.
