ok so basically, ive been going to the gym on and off for the past two years. I havent been able to implement a full consistent program with school and work and stuff but i have seen some modest gains but am happy over all. im on holidays right now but when i go back to switzerland where i live ill be hitting the gym again. what i want to know is in your own opinion, how much mass i could gain in a 8 week time period, before i turn 21. im just wondering generally here and seeing what ye have to say on it. like, if i hit the gym hard for 8 weeks and upped my calories etc etc, just looking to know what ye think. basically im a slim enough guy looking to bulk up a bit, just thinking how far ill get in 8 weeks. this isnt a new years resolution thing, just thinking about what i can get done before i turn 21. thanks.
