So i gots mah damned wisdom teeth removed. Fuckers weren't' makin me any smarter and i have some extra cash to blow, so, Voila! Due to some poor personal choices i made as a result of blaming my folks for some shit they did when i was a wee lad that led me down an enormously fun and dangerous road, i opted out of the highly suggested and, again, fun, ailment preventers, which, short story longer, have made it more unbearable to chew solid food than stay on a date with some asshole thats just suggested we go to a vegan restaurant for dinner. as a result, i been blending mah meals in mah shiny new magic bullet, which, although not quite as tasty as fresh sushi, has definitely snagged a conversion of myself, due to the lack of chewing and time wasting techniques used in a more conventional nourishment manner (side note, i can down a lot more sushi in this thing as i can get a lot more rice down before it expands into a much-needingly-ejectable-food-baby). my question is this:

am i getting all those pesky nutrients in their full potent(ial), or is my one-minute-two-thousand-five-hundred-calorie-meal just shooting right through my pooper without helping me on any level except growing my time management and shrink-timing the brushing of my teeth every day?

i will say, the fun alone of race-chugging four chikkin breasts mixed with lemonade in under thirty seconds is thrill enuff to warrant a continuation of this program, but I'm afraid that if i neglect my saliva glands too much they will shrivel up like my baby-maker when it sees the ACTUAL face on 9 out of 10 of the guys that show in my bed for a grindr date.

    thoughts?

Interesting question I have no clue about but am giving your thread a bump cause I'd be curious if anyone does. The thought of downing liquid meat makes me want to hurl but the question of whether it doesn't stay in the digestive tract long enough for your gut to absorb the nutrients is an interesting one. My guess is, it depends on your gut health--probiotics and all that.

^^ I would have thought that cos it all gets mushed up when you eat it anyway but then why does the government say no matter how much fruit or veg you use smoothies can only ever count as 2 portions a day?
